Processing Time

Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days.

For made-to-order products, please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipment.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping

We currently ship throughout the European Union.

Estimated delivery times and shipping costs after dispatch are:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you need to make changes, please contact us at info@glassandjungle.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has been shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the packaging

• Photos of the damaged item(s)

Please keep all packaging materials until the issue has been resolved.

If your package has not arrived within 7 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we'll be happy to investigate with the shipping carrier.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or non-collection, we may issue a refund excluding the original shipping costs.

If you would like the order to be shipped again, additional shipping charges will apply.
