Processing Time

Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days. For made-to-order products, please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipment. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time & Cost

Estimated delivery times and shipping costs after dispatch are:

  • Netherlands: 1–2 business days — €6.95 (Free shipping on orders over €79)
  • Belgium, Germany & Luxembourg: 1–4 business days — €9.95 (Free shipping on orders over €129)
  • Austria, Denmark & France: 3–5 business days — €12.95
  • Other European Union countries: 3–7 business days — €19.95
  • United Kingdom: 4–7 business days — €24.95

Returns

Eligible unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition, with all original packaging and protective films intact. Unless an item is damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For full details, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Products

Why don't all shelves have ventilation slots?

This is a deliberate design choice. Our airflow testing showed that some shelf designs already provide excellent ventilation without slots. Omitting unnecessary slots increases strength and makes the shelves easier to clean.

What material are the shelves made from?

Our shelves are made from high-quality cast acrylic (PMMA). This material offers excellent clarity, rigidity, and moisture resistance, making it ideal for humid plant cabinet environments.

Compatibility

Can I use these shelves in another cabinet?

Our shelves are precision-designed for specific cabinet dimensions and mounting systems. We cannot guarantee compatibility with cabinets other than those listed on the product page.
