Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@glassandjungle.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging

We recommend reporting any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns

Customers located within the European Union have the right to return unused items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, products must be returned in unused and resalable condition, with all original packaging included.

Protective films must remain in place, and items must show no signs of installation, scratches, damage, or use.

Returns may be refused if products are not returned in their original condition.

Before returning an item, please contact us at info@glassandjungle.com so we can provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your payment provider to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made products and personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Product Variations

Our products are manufactured in small batches and may show minor variations that do not affect fit, function, or performance.

Minor manufacturing marks, protective film residue, and slight variations in appearance are not considered defects.
